Donations of cash and liquid assets, as well as in-kind donations, will generally be accepted from individuals, partnerships, corporations, foundations, government agencies, or other entities.

Gifts of real property, personal property, or illiquid securities my only be accepted upon approval of the Jacksonville Main Street Finance Committee, and Jacksonville Main Street's counsel if deemed necessary by the Board as recommended by the Finance Committee.

Giving Policy

From time to time, if deemed advisable by the Jacksonville Main Street Board of Trustees, Jacksonville Main Street may make gifts to other 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations if the gift will further the Jacksonville Main Street mission and is consistent with Jacksonville Main Street's core values.
